Ouch man, sorry to hear about that. It won't be that bad getting it fixed though. Trunk, bumper, probabl a read body panel, etc . . . but hopefully it doesn't go much deeper than that. As long as you have good insurance they won't hassle you at all. You don't have to use their body shope either, you can request a check. If you owe a lot on the car then they will write the check to you AND your lien holder and you will have to cash it with them. They only do that to make sure you don't leave the car messed up and still owe a lot on it. You can still take it wherever you want.
I have a client that is a bodyshop (he did my paintjob and Law's bodykit work, Agis trunk and a few others have used him from the boards) who can help you out if you need. I also have a chiropractor
