As for hotels, Pier House is the only besides the Hilton that not only has their own parking lot or garage, but it has someone checking to make sure you belong there so no one gets in who doesnt need to get in.
The hotel with the most parking space would probably be Hilton with their 3-level garage + gated lot on the other side of the road. Next biggest would be Pier House, then basically all the other hotels are same size lots. I can try and get some group rates and compare some things

"June 3th"I was kinda suggested more towards late June only because there's a car show that we can sweep
But that's a small show so probably not worth it unless you just wanna see some classics.
I'll probably try and get some info thrown back & forth for hotels and if we can get any group rates, then get some info on where we can go and what to do, then probably collect all info gathered and bring up to one of these Wednesday night things (if possible for me) and we can discuss it better there instead of online
If we were to do this after July 1st, we could have a big dinner at "Geisha: Key West" (basically Behinihana's)...and I can probably get us a big discount or free........since we own it
