I am a tech and ive been a tech in 7 different shops (i see it happen ALL the time)in FL and its a shame because it gives those who are honest and try to help people not strew them a bad name and because of that its harder to make money as a tech because no one trusts anyone

yeah no shit... i'm even afraid to take my car to the dealership. whenever i go to rick case i stay around and watch to make sure they do what is supposed to be done lol

happen to me w/ my jeep. took it to get new tires mounted, balanced and an alignment. had to wait there for like 2 hrs. and i noticed that when my car was 'finished' it was still in the same spot where they had parked it after the tire change. But of course they were gonna charge me. I told the guy off, and he responded by saying it was free. So i started pretty much yelling and telling everyone in the store that they were ****ing scamming me, etc... fun times
