RSX aka Integra were Designed by HONDA of Japan but built in the US or in the Canadian plants. Shipping those types of numbers into the USA are to costly so they are made here to Japanese specifications but with D.O.T regulations

My RSX Type S Starts off wit a J on the vin.. All over the Window sticker from last year, has final assembly Japan. On the Door jam, mfg in Japan.. My wife has been in the business for many many years with Honda.. She will go out of her way to find vehicles made in certain countries and knows her stuff. The Plain Jane RSX may be made here, but I do know for certain my Type S is made in Japan.
