A good lawyer wont do you much good against Disney, how deep is your brothers pocket?

Either way I will email my buddy in Mexico and friend in DC to see if they have anyone that can help you out. I will PM you when I hear back from them.

Dude, Disney is loaded with money meaning they have very good lawyers. No lawyer will go up against them unless the case is winning case on their side. If you go through with this, I wanna see an update!
Disney is always getting sued for something believe it or not. They pretty much write a number on paper and ask you if you like it, if you do problems go away. Its called settlement in court

Put it this way, my brother was wrongfully fired and pretty much thrown out on the street with no where to live or go from 1 day to the next, not even a week notice to find another apt. He got kicked out of an apartment that he paid rent for, how does an empire like Disney do that to a person that is working and going to school for them. I dont think this is right, many others have told him to seek legal representation and i think he has a case.

Call around. Lawyers these days sometime will look over your case for free and than decide if it would be worth their time to run it for you. Of course, they get paid if they do take it and win it.

However, don't just take the first guy. You can't take to court something twice. Double jeopardy or something in the law.

I have represented Disney in the past in it's land acquistions. And while my practice area is not employment or labor lawyer, private employment is at-will in the state of Florida. Damages, if they are recoverable at all, will not include consequential damages, and I'm not sure from your post what his eviction has to do with his termination by Disney.
