I'm fairly new to this forum. I just bought my S about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I was wondering if anyone knew of a trustworthy tinting place in Coral Springs or around that area that are decently priced. Thanks and I hope to get to know most of you. ::

 

There's nobody in this area that drives an S2K? Come on guys, someone has to know.

I had mine done at Tint World on Pine Island in Tamarac. They have computer-cut films which means no cutting in the car. I got the top grade Llumar film with lifetime warranty. I had them do the same (darker) color on the sides as what they put on the back. So the back is legal but the sides are darker than legal. On a car with a dark interior and small windows, it is virtually black when everything is sealed up.

Not sure what you consider "decent" for price. I think I paid about $160. You can certainly have a tint done for a lot less, but I would only accept the highest quality film available.

I actually need to go back and have my rear window done again - I lost the tint when my soft top was replaced a few months ago. I wonder if we can work that in as a warranty claim.

People do get together regularly, I don't know if there's a standing meeting or anything. They've done so in the past at various restaurants or other places. There used to be a sticky at the top of the forum giving the latest...

Personally, I usually see everyone when we schedule tech days to work on the cars.

i live in tamarac, my window was done on pine island tint world too, but the price is kinda expensive when i first time ask, they said $175 for only 2 windows and rear window, finally, they gave me like around $130 for the best one
