Default Lowering Car

Hey guys,

Looking for some info. I got my alarm and sound system taken care of. Was thinking of lowering my car.

Don't know too much about it. I hope someone can explain to me some options and the best way to do it. Maybe some suggestions on companies that I should use. I heard there were some cons in lowering cars, something to do with the "feel" of the car, whatever that means.

Thanks for the help.

How old are the existing springs and struts? Mileage?

It's been cold I'm Miami. Fatties can also keep you warm at night.

Cheapest way is to change the springs. you can buy a set of Espiler springs for about $200-$250

Best way is to get a fully adjustable coilover suspension like Bistein PSS9 for about $1200

^ Nice, took a couple of posts but somebody actually responded helpfully.

If your going to get springs I recommend Skunks and Espelirs. But your probably going to end up wanting a suspension anyway. Ask me how I know.

Its the progression everyone on this board goes thru. You drop ur car with springs and when ur stock shocks start going bad you get a full coilover kit. To be honest that's the best thing you can do to this car. Upgrade the suspension and slam that shizzo!
