Mav has been a long standing good member of the South Florida S2K establishment and I have personally purchased several items from him without a problem. That being said OVERKILL, I would highly recommend that you cease from any futher rhetoric on this forum and pursue this matter, should you see fit, within the court system. I am sure that Mav will be more than willing to cooperate within the confines of the law

Should you decide to do so, I will be there for Mav to attest that his system and coponents in question, were working properly before you purchased them.

Understanding that you have used violence as your form of leverage, please also be forwarned that any and all threats to one, is a threat to all and will be handled in a non conforming manner.

I didnt even get a chance to read through all that but just as a non-biased third party with no affiliation to either member you can tell a few things.

Right off the bat whether or not the stuff was broken/Tommy had knowledge of it, he presented himself and articulated himself a lot better i.e; no threats, calm, provided facts. Overkill started with threats and personal attacks.

Tommy has countless people vouching for him which DOES actually mean something, and his story seems to line up more than overkills. Also, in Tommys story, it seems he was going out of his way to fix the situation when in fact (assuming Tommys story is correct) he should not even have to since someone tampered with the equipment. It was suggested by another member that the place overkill took the equipment to tampered or messed with it in order to get him to buy their stuff, this is NOT UNCOMMON as a lot of stereo places/the salesman there live and die off every sale they make.

Bottom line is, Tommy was willing to help when he did not have to, overkill should have taken that help and not freaked out especially when it seems like someone other than Tommy had broken the equipment.

 

I'm tempted to leave this thread open for a while This guy is such an idiot, almost to the point of foaming at the mouth. It's comical
