o man i think i woudve gone to jail that night ......are these theives using spoon or jdm ecu to bypass the immobilizer?

Is that how they bypass the immobilizer, by using a Spood ECU? How exactly does this work. Actually never mind, we should not be posting this on here for others to get ideas.

Aftermarket JDM ECU's don't have the immobilizer feature.

Hold on I don't get it... If the car is completely stock, does the Immobilizer work or not? Or obviously there's a way around it... I did see a yellow ap2 at a body shop, with a hardtop that was hotwired and taken for a joy ride.... Don't know if it was stock though...

Talked w/ insuranceclaim adjuster today.....my AP2 IS totalled....will take couple more days to finalize the paer work and he will be settling the claim and whatnot with American Honda Financial......It had been awesome 3 months for me to own an S2000....sadly she is going away for good....
