its easy..just put TONS of that silicone sealent on around the headlight. You wont be able to see it anyway once the headlight is installed, and thats the stuff that will prevent the housing from getting moisture inside. If you follow the direction from the tutorial online perfectlly you wont have any issues. Id love to help, but im gonna be out of town for a while.

Do a search, there is a thread that says exactly how to get them apart.

Once they are apart the diffusers are a piece of cake. Just be carefull putting them back together.

the entire process takes a few hours... oh yeah wear gloves when you take them out of the oven

Don't try to cut the baking time/temperature short. The first time I cleared mine I was paranoid that I'd ruin my headlights so I kept trying to take them out early, that just makes the job 1000 times harder.

Just follow Rick's installation instructions of his site and don't deviate. I did mine a few weeks ago. I gotta tell you though, you may want to invest in a set of wheel jacks - This makes life alot easier when putting the screws back under the front of the bumper. It's a bit more challenging when you have a lip, but not bad.

Overall, not really a big deal. Just be sure to be extra generous with the black silicone when you put it back together.

A tip - When you squeeze everything back together, put it in the oven for a about 5 - 10 more minutes... This softens the silicone and creates an excellent seal.

Just my 2 cents.

I did mine a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with the result. Just follow the instructions and it will be a piece of cake

Here are some pics of my project:
