Hi guys, this is more like a technical question here. i was going North @ military with Hillsboro, maybe 35-40 mph, this old (he was born in 1934) man just POPS out of Home depot straight to me, there were 2 lanes to turn left so i take the lane on left and he also takes leaving me no room to go or nothing, so i just hit him with my right fender (believe if i wanted i could T BONE the other car but u really tried to avoid a collision) ,,,, The Police officer said that it was an unfortunate accident, no one got tickets and said it was no one fault ... so what next now?? i am lost n this one here, i do have full coverage and stuff ... so what should i do?? his Lexus SUV got a lamp from the rear bumper broken + my paint marks and that's it ,, but my S2k has the fender gone + the frame behind the bumper + the bumper F**** d up + the plastic under the fender, i just hope the headlight it's not gone .. what can i do?? i don't want to get screwed here ,,,, ARGHH i am frustrated ... .... oh the speed limit i thought it was 35 but it was 30 ... i told the cop i was 35-40 ... argh, no one's fault??

Thanks man, i have Allstate .. so should i just call the old man and say, hey, just take care your car and i'll do the same? and just let it go?
my poor baby (lol im such lover of this roadster)...

I you guys, i'll call you Miki around 3-4pm .. on the ironic side i have the windshield dude installing a new one on the building garage ... he was WTF man?? (he saw my car saturday but he didn't replace due the a mold missing)
