I doubt he can get a refund because they already did the job. What he should be insisting on is them doing the job over again. There's no way they're going to give him a refund and let him go.

Yeah...that's definitely silverstone!

Amazing how frequently this happens...there are a couple Spa yellows I've seen that have Rio parts.

Update , spoke with the shop manager's supervisor who had his "Paint Expert " look at the car today . He seemed shocked and told the shop manager's supervisor that the paint was "way off" and assured me that he would personally supervise the job and that the car would be "perfect" . They also gave me a rental voucher and Iam currently driving a brand new Kia Sedonia 6 passenger minivan . Meanwhile the shop manager who initially asserted that the color was "perfect" did not come out of his office while I was there .

Will keep eveyone posted , thank you all for your support 1

It's typical, the color is right but the variant is off, all the painter had to do was turn the pressure up and the color would have lighted up a bit, but he's also stupid for spaying color over the whole bumper.

It should come out perfect now, because they will probably keep a close eye on the work seeing as you've already made them look stupid once.

Congrats on a good ending (presumably)!

NO BRAMMAN, they stink. I had a giant issue there. Never ever take your car there.
