So how was it?

 

After a minor cosmetic adjustment on

the bumber on weds of this week , I can finally say that the car is good as new (I will post some pictures later on ) thanks to "Mike" from H&M AUTO BODY REPAIRS which is one of the shops that Braman Honda uses . Many Diaz who is an operations manager for Braman Honda was extremely helpful and professional and made this happen . Iam still concerned however over the behavior of Braman's own shop manager who adamantly asserted that the color was perfect even though it was not even close as well as his insistance that the gap in the headlights was normal and that the loose radiator grill was designed to be that way (see pictures) http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=672515 . I can say that the final quality of the work was very good but I would certainly hesitate to take my car there again as long as that body shop manager is there .
Again is not even the fact that the initial work was not done correctly but rather the outrageous denial and apathy that the body shop manager demostrated when I complained to him .

I would have filed a complain with the owner of Braham about the shop manager. A**hole like that shouln't be working there.
