Need Purchase Help
I'm in the market for a MY04 S2000 and join the ranks of those who love their S2000s.
I test drove one at South Motors last weekend, and it's been
ing with my head ever since.
What I'm looking for here is for input/feedback as to the best pricing that's been negotiated in the tri-county area.
If you can, please post here and help me out so I have some kind of negotiating leverage.
Thanks guys/gals!

I give a big Kudos to Largo Honda.. ultra easy to deal w/...
Most have had great luck w/ Rick Case Honda, who are also equipped w/ an S2000 mechanic who is apparently specially trained in the 'arts'...

Only advice I can offer is when I got mine almost 3 years ago the main room for negotiating is to get them to take the premium price hike (Market Value Adjustment, as they called it) off the sticker. I would use that fact that there are a lot of 04's sitting on lots right now, and second, travel across counties. You may find a better deal in Palm Beach or Broward. I got mine from Braman in Lake Worth. I still continue to go there for service and am well taken care of.
Good luck!

Buying a new S is not cost effective. I would recommend you exercise some patience and buy a used one. Plenty on the market as older drivers buy them, then turn them in after their mid-life crisis kicks out and they want more room again!
You save thousands and still have the strong honda warranty.
For instance, I bought a 2002 in April of 2003, 8000 +/- miles and saved $9,000 from factory invoice. No problems with the car either.
Be patient, look around, it's your money. Not to mention, once you hang around us, you'll be spending thousands on mods, so save on the up front cost!
Just my 2 cents, do as you will.

Is it ideal to wait for more 2004s to pop up used, or are the 02/03 model years a better or just-as-good choice to jump into?
