Thumbs down Need some advice.

Hello all, I know it's been a while and I have been quiet recently but I've been sorta busy lately and havn't really had any time to have fun with my car and car stuff, which is what brings me to this post. To make a long story short, I'm planning on selling my S2k. What sucks the most about getting rid of the car is loosing touch with the people that own them, which I don't plan on doing.
The reason for the switch is practicality issues. I work in medley and drive in nothing but stop and go traffic on constuction ridden roads. The absolute worst conditions for this car . What ever... I just feel that I'm pressing my luck every time I drive behind one of those stupid ass dump trucks.
So anyways, I wanted to know what you guys think the value of my car would be and if anyone you know would be intrested.
It's and 02 with about 33,000 miles. Sebring silver, all black int. I painted the calipers red myself with decal girl kit. Turned out perfect. (with white S2000 decals on the fronts). I also have a hardtop in perfect condition since I hardly used it at all. I changed the oil myself every 3k with Mobile 1 synth and there is also synth in the diff. (about 10k miles old). Josh also did a valve adjustment on it a few months ago.
I did KBB on it for private party and the value came out to being almost 21k, but I don't think it takes into account the rarity of the hard top cause I have had a few offers on it alone. The car is in Excellent/Very good condition, with only a couple like scratches that are hard to see and only tiny dent on the pass door. (thanks Wilma)...

Well, thats about it.. thanks!

check on edmunds.com for the value, and I would sell the hardtop separately.

You will never get back what you put into the car. Consider larger purchases, such as the hardtop, as a separate item and sell them separately.

Sorry to see you sell your car Mark.

Anyways, you should try to sell the hardtop separately.

Yeah I think I will do that. BTW I didn't buy the hard top seperate. It came with the car. The people who sold it to me didn't know the value of it so they just threw it in along with the rediculous price I got for the car anyways. So I guess I should put the hard top for sale on the for sale boards or is anyone here intrested first?

Dont get rid of the s man .
you are going to hate not having it.THis will be one of those things in life you will regret doing. Instead of buying another car get a better clutch and a good sound system and you will solve your problem .

Nah I've made up my mind. I love the car but I'm too big for it. With the seat all the way back my knees are hitting the bottom of the steering while. I can't heal toe and I cant even turn the wheel without shifting my hand every second. There are a lot of reason I'm selling it.
Locals get priority. I am available almost ANY time if someone wants to see it. Even though a lot of you already have..
And if your not intrested could you give me some ballparks of what I can get for the Hard Top alone?
Thanks guys/gals.

Advertise the hard top in this forum and the regular Florida forum. See if you can get someone local (or semi-local) to get it. You won't want to have to mess w/ shipping on that if you can avoid it...

I already have a few people who have expressed interest but I don't really know what to start with as a price.. And locals do get first dibs of course. So finding people to buy it isn't the problem.
