HardTopGuy sells them new for $2,800 (though I have seen as low as $2,200 new). For used tops, you need to buy the install kit, which runs about $600. Work your price from those numbers.

I think your car is worth at least $30k, it has a professional valve adjustment after all .

Seriously - I agree that you should be able to get around $21k for the car and then at least another $1300 for the hard top.

One thing I did when selling my wife's old car was to go to a Car Max store and have then determine a value. It's usually a little on the low side compared to a private party sale, but it will give you a worst-case scenario of value.
