actually i just wanna confirm that its that guy who is selling the item on ebay and that his name is actually fabiano or he's just using a friends cell phone

 

well i just called it blocked but no one picked up and there is no name on the voice mail. so thats no help....

 

Get all of your information together... emails, whatever you exchanged and contact the local police dept.

Something similar happened in Naples when the xbox's came out... enough people got screwed, and the cops acted on what people gave them and arrested the people responsible, and got the money back.

 

I would think you can go to the cops now, with just the number. Its worth a shot. Hope you can work this all out! You've got a great community here trying to help.

 

alright guys update i'll probably got the cops on monday and try to get it settle but please try to call him for me to get a confirmed address on this guy. Thanks ahead of times guys!

 

Honestly, just call the cops before I get bored and send them the phone number myself.

They can verify the address on the number within seconds, I don't think this guy is going to answer any numbers he doesn't know and he's certainly not going to give someone he intends to scam his actual address.

Well I suppose he could be really stupid but...
