How do you switch older s2k seat to new ones. I have Both sets but don't want to pull anything apart until I know how. Do I just switch rails?

 

Just swap the passanger seat rail.

 

So unbolt the top and bottom of seat and and put it onto the entire rail assembly?

 

yeah ... what year seats are you talking about?

You might need to swap over the belt buckle too, but I believe that the buckles are bolted to the rail.

I have a set of 04 and a set of 08s and I'm trying to put them in the 04. If anyone that's done it wants to come by during the week it will help. Beer will supplied

 

I've done it ... like they said all you need is to swap the rails on the passenger seat. The belt buckles are the same on those.

I tried swapping them earlier today and the rear bolts of the ap1 seat on the 08 rail didn't line up

 

I tought you said you have both AP2 ???

It works, are you sure it does not line up?

I have even done an AP1 to '06+ ... on that one I had to get new belt bucles though.
