When I did this with Chris there was one bolt that did not line up. Reason being because in the 2008s the passenger belt buckle bolts to the seat, while in the 2004s (and probably 06s as well) the belt buckle bolts to the floor of the car. They don't line up perfectly. I'm not sure if there is a way of getting around this. My passenger seat reclines all the way back - there's nothing holding it in place (no click)

Hope you find a solution.
