Default Rick Case and Mods?

I'm taking my car into Rick Case for a weak A/C problem. I have the 7yr/100k warranty and a CAI. Should I put the car back to stock before I take it in or do you think it'll be ok.

I just don't want to hear any BS like I voided my warranty because the CAI takes cold ar from my A/C causing it to run warmer, and then get a bill for $500.00.

Thanks,
-Chris

Shouldn't be an issue. The law states that the dealer can only deny a warranty repair if the modification is the direct cause of your failure.

In this case, the CAI has nothing to do with the a/c not working.

I would think it would be real hard for any of the dealerships to say anything about a mod like that anyway since most of them sell CAI of one sort or another.
