As an avid History buff, I would like to politely ask that people stop talking out of their asses when it comes to anything historical in this thread. Almost none of the BS that I have read in this (and the other) thread about politics and history is valid or accurate. Give it a rest when you don't know dick about it.
Oh, and to those who keep bringing up about somebody's grandfather, great uncle, or friend's sister's neighbor who had a brother who knew somebody who got killed in WWII, give it a rest also. I hate when people start reaching for a reason to hate somebody else. Unless you fought them, STFU up.
Oh and SoFlaNSX, do a little reading. America and Japan have had much more than a simple trade agreement. Since the end of WWII there has been a security alliance between our two countries which has been reinforced with an American military presence in Japan. You don't have a clue. learn something
Do you even know the dates for WWII? Do you even know when Pearl Harbor day is? Are you getting your historical data from Ben Affleck movies?
