Ugh... Got the flu or a nasty cold. I feel like shit. I stayed home from work today too.

Years ago, my family was friends with this other family whose daughter had cystic fibrosis. This girl would get really, really sick quite often. One of the tricks her mom learned was that Gatorade works great for times like that! Keeps you hydrated and has those good old electrolytes.

So Keith, start chugging the Gatorade.
