I got pulled over doing 70 in a 55 ( I-95 and 125 st nw ) i though the speed limit was 65, oh and i was driving in the express line.....

this is my first speeding ticket, what should i do? Fight it or just pay the fine?

 

Go to court, plea NO CONTEST, be polite, apologize, and you'll get a $30 fine .. since you have 0 tickets, they'll let you go NO POINTS ... just be nice with the judge and said you made a honest mistake.

$70 and you're done. I have been going to him for years.

i was on the express lane and the was on the other side but i had to take 163 st so when switch line he pulled me over.....
