Default Speeding ticket help

Ok, first of all, I was careless and stupid.

I got ticket for 30mph over on turpike. 90 on 60mph

Is there anyways I can get out of this?

Ticket says pace clocked is that reliable?

Anybody know a good lawyer that can get me out of this mess?

Thanks in advance.

Ticket Clinic is your best bet.. good luck. It shouldn't be that bad - I was caught doing 83 in a 55 over the keys years ago. I paid ~270ish + traffic school.

I have a friend that does 90 on the turnpike all the time, I'm not sure how he hasn't been pulled over yet. (without a radar detector too)

Pace clocked is reliable.

Department cars are calibrated every 6 months along with a calibration certificate. Have the lawyer look/ask for this. If it was FHP, chances are you're screwed. They get calibrated very often at a shop down south by US1.

FHP? Call Ticket Clinic.

Also, as a rule of thumb, use your side view and rear view mirrors.... =)

Go to Ticket Clinic and buy radar detector for the next time
Never ever pay directly for expensive citation you got. At least you can get rid off points against you driver license if you go to court or Ticket Clinic.
Good luck.
