Its going to be tough with 30mph over. Even if you have a clean record you'll probably still have to pay the fine (or part of it).

no prob best of luck, no ticket lawyer is bulletproof but mine is good

any of you guys that used an attorney or clinic... did any of you walk away with points?

I'm going to use the ticket clinic but tehy cant garuntee me no points if i had a ticket in the last 2 years.

I did, one for flashing to warn others of a speed trap (where I wasn't speeding) and the other for parking IN BETWEEN two handy capped spaces (ticket clinic got me out of that one but court fees and ticket clinic fee added up to original citiation cost)

Anyway I just got a ticket for 53 in a 35.... my main concern is the points, my insurance is already high.

I'll pay the damn $225 fine, court fee, or clinic fee, i just dont want the points.
