Whatever gets you through the day buddy, continue your whining...
I guess it makes it better that the injectors WERE screwed up and he still tried to sell them to me. ill keep posting where I see needed

The local tuner is quite reputable in our close knit circle of S's here in Florida; I doubt that he would risk losing his customers over some chump change.

Hmm I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that I know the proper way to install injectors. It's not rocket science. In fact I've probably installed more injectors than most users of this board have seen. The installer of the turbo kit is a very compatant tuner. It definitly wasn't his first rodeo.
Now I'm not one to point fingers, and I'm definitly one that like to give the benifit of the doubt. But like so many people say, if it's too good to be true it probably is. The amount that everything was sold for should have been an indicator that something was wrong. He didn't know the turbo was bad...ok I can go with that, but a bad turbo, oil adaptor, injector...see where this is going?

I hope this gets resolved somehow to both of your satisfaction. I've delt with SpoonS (Eddie) a few times at Rick Case and was very impressed by his willingness to help out fellow s2k members. It does not seem like he would be willing to ruin his reputation by selling a bad kit.
That being said, I can totally see where S2k :-) is coming from, it seems very coincidental. Hopefully you all can get to the bottom of this and both parties can find a way to make each other happy.

for what it's worth, buying used parts carries a risk. I know this from experience. i bought a ap2 pumpkin with 457's installed. the previous owner never installed it in his car. I had it checked out and there were broken parts inside.... I paid to get it fixed and put it in my car... end of story. if you want a warranty, buy it new.. otherwise it is what it is.
that is the risk you take in trying to save some cash. Additionally, unless the parts are inspected thoroughly before installation, there is no leg to stand on. Anything can happen during install.
Those are the facts, the rest is opinion
the issue is between the buyer and the seller, the opinions posted hear do nothing to solve the issues betweent he buyer and seller
OK rant is over
Mitch

i honest to god did not have any issues with the turbo and injectors the relocation kit had a very very slight leak that would drip like once a month did not think it was a issue in which ,many shops and techs here at honda told me not to worry about because it was so slight.
I hope this gets resolved somehow to both of your satisfaction.
