Small advise, the partying doesn't start down here till late. Basically if you are at a club at 11.. it's going to be empty! Clubs here are opened until like 5-7am. Some have after partys that stay opened till Noon the next day!

If you guys don't get lucky with the women at the clubs and bars and you feel the need to hit a tity bar, Gold Rush in Downtown Miami is you best bet, about a $10 cab ride from the beach.

Well, the Winter Music Conference dates were announced today, Tuesday March 22nd - Saturday March 26th. So for you sake, I hope that is the week you will be there, it is a week not to be missed. Also if that is the week you will be there, and you have not made your hotel reservation yet, I would get on it. As soon as the hotels find out the dates, they will jack up the prices and they will also start to fill up.

This might help.
Astor Hotel, which is located at 10 st and Washington ave, it's at the heart of South Beach and I know a guy there.
His name is Dragan Savin, he is Food&Beverage Director at Metro Kitchen & Bar at Astor Hotel. He can be reached at the 305 531 8081. you can also check out the hotel at www.hotelastor.com
BTW you can mention my name as a referral, it can't hurt(Ranko Slavujevic).
Good luck and I hope I was of some help!!!

To be pimpin with your ride on the South Beach, you need to add another zero to the price tag of your wheels. You'll see it for yourself when you get here!
