if you got caught speeding/breaking the law you deserve the ticket. it's not the cops fault you got the ticket... it was your own.

First thing they tell you in the "hiring process".. Don't get tickets while in the process. Even if you've had some before make sure you don't get anymore from there on out.

How fast WERE you going? Or what was the ticket for? And knowing full well you are in the hiring process you should let go of the gas and take it easy cause stupid action like this (Being from you or a cop) is what can cost you your 'goal'.

I'm the first one to say this.

But he was full of SH.IT and he was a GRADE A ASS.HOLE. I was going up hill between 65-70 mph, and the speedometer is a digital readout. How the hell can he clock me at the VERY convenient 79 mph? It's always 1 mph lower than the next maximum infraction as if they're doing you a favor.

Its a 50/50 bad thing. It all depends on your background investigator.
Just make sure to get the points cleared from the infraction as in court/school. And do make sure you let the dept. know of this. They hate liars

I know these clinics get you off without points, but does your insurance rate ever get effected? Just curious. I haven't used one in about 5 years (my last ticket).
