As for insurance, you have to be found guilty and have points assessed for the insurance co to be able to speculate that you are an increased risk to increase premiums. I definitely agree with having "0" to say to the cops cause 99% of what you say will be twisted and used against you in court, practice youre rights, dont say a single word to them. This does piss me off that there is no form of regulation or ways to prove they clocked you at a certain speed, as far as i know, its usually his word against yours and the judge will almost always side with the cops cause thats how he gets paid.

I think the biggest B$ is the plane. There's absolutely no way to prove there wasn't a plane (or to prove there was). One day I was driving to Orlando, and right before a rest stop, there were about 15 FHP pulling people over. As soon as they were finished with one, the very next person, didn't matter who it was got pulled over. My friend was driving in front of me, and he passed an officer on the road who had just let someone go, and then the officer pulls me over. He said I was caught by plane going 93 MPH. My friend drove up a little further and pulled over to wait for me. He called me and I told him to keep going to the next rest stop and wait for me, not to pull over. Too late. As he was going to pull out, an officer flagged him back over to the side of the road and gave him a ticket. Funny how he wasn't flagged over the first time around, and was issued a citation. It's also funny how they gave me a citation for going a faster speed than my friend, when I was driving behind him the whole time. And even better, it had been non stop downpour for the past hour and a half (causing everyone to drive around 50-60MPH). Wonder where that plane was?

I guess it's inevitable that Dario wants to be a cop. I hate cops.
