Ok guys since I'm the virgin here, let me run down a list of things that I need.
1. LE-607 or Mobil 1 75/90 gear lube
2. Crush washers (4) two for the Tranny and two for the Differential?
3. Honda Manual transmission fluid I don't know how much I need and the guy at the dealership problably doesn't know either ( always get the wrong part)
4. DOT 3 Brake fluid ( for the brakes) I read some where not to use DOT 4?
I'm also assuming (and you know what they say about ASS/U/ME) that Josh is going to make some kind of an official (GO!!) confirmation for this day.
Please correct me if I'm wrong on anything. Thanks guys,
-Will

1. Yes.
2. I think so but not sure.
3. Ask for 2 quarts of Honda Manual Transmission Fluid. Other alternatives includes GM Synchromesh Friction Modified and Redline MT-90. I'm currently using Synchromesh FM for my tranny now but I'm going to try out MT-90.
4. DOT 4 will work just fine. I'm currently using ATE Super Blue. I'll probably try Motul RBF 600 when I do a brake upgrade.

Will, pick up 2 qts of MTF (you'll use about one and a half). You will need 4 new washers, in varying materials and sizes. I would suggest picking them up from your honda dealer for a couple of bucks, and buy multiple sets so you have them for next time.
No worries, Josh has hosted a bunch of tech days for us, and I've never seen one fall through yet. Usually a day or two out, he'll PM directions to anyone who hasn't been before.

Here's a list of everyone who is in so far, and what they need done:
coraldoc - whatever he wants
wil687 - diff/tranny fluids
jeffbrig - oil/diff/tranny fluids
doorman - brake/clutch fluid and front pads (might have to work though)
s2000craze - diff/tranny (needs to confirm work schedule)
Fyrestrike - coming to help and bring DVD (if not working)
healandtoe - ???
Mav - are you coming up for the tech day?

BTW, Josh and others, what do you think of using Redline 10W30 Synthetic engine oil and Motul Gear 300 75W90 for the rear differential?
The tech day WILL happen . Thanks, Jeff, for consolidating the information
