If cost is no object, Michelin PS2s. If it is, get the Star Specs.

I had Kumho MX's and I didn't really like them and I heard the XS's aren't so great in the wet weather. As for Azenis, I think I'd rather the Dunlops as people I know who have had both prefer the starspecs.

I like the star specs. The wear isn't that bad. Get them.

Hey Jim... you're running 17x8 and 17x9's too right? how do you like the 215/245 combo? I have 225/255's not but I'm considering going with the smaller tire to get more response out of the setup. the 225/255 felt slushier even when i went from the HTRZ III's to the MX's.

I'm running 7.5in front and 9 rear. 215 245 setup is working for me. Like Rene said they grip well. and you can't beat the price.
