The Tire Saga
In this Thread we can explore the fabulous world of Rubber on our shoes
and which ones are better for track, daily driving, drifting, drag, street racing, which give better steering response, which ones are good in all weather, Dry, Wet or even both, Which have better thread life and so on. You can also talk about fitments as to which one uses the tire efficiently for example Stretch fitments, Normal fitments, Non staggerd fitments plus many others.
I have tried Various tires from Toyo, Yokohoma, Advan, Federal to Nitto. As for me i by far fell in Love with the FALKEN FK452's Best Tire i have put on my car IMO ofcourse. This tire has proven to me it handles and grips like ninja claws in the doggystyle position. Just to show you what a hell of a tire and thread life it has that i have had the fronts (which i rock 225/40/18's on an 18x8.5 wheel) for a YEAR and they still have decent thread on them. On a percentage scale i would say i have reached the 50% marker meaning im 50/50 on the wear and i only flipped them ONCE, Ofcourse you have to take into countability that you need alignment. Same thing for the Rears they lasted me about a good 7 to 8 months and they were flipped ONCE (I rock the 255/35/18 on a 18x10 wheel) So if anyone wants to have a good street tire with great thread life for dry and wet conditions i recommend FALKEN FK452's FTW
