Default Weekend toy

A buddy of mine was in town this weekend from NYC and rented the Shelby GT-H. I think it is something like $300/ day plus insurance. Traction control comes from the factory "on" and can't be defeated by pushing the button on the dash. Takes a little creativity to get around this, but once we did, the beast was unleashed.

Yes, unfortunately they are all automatic. I guess Hertz doesn't want to be replacing a clutch every time someone rents the car.

Fortunately I didn't have to pay for it, I would never spend that much on a rental. The buddy who was visiting me is in private equity in NYC, so he has more cash than common sense.

Do the new mustangs have better handling then the previous models? I heard that they did, I hated how the older models drove!
