I tell a lot of people to take care of their ticket with business like ticket clinic? But a friend of mine got a ticket for seatbelt where the fine is $85 (the typical price for ticket clinic). He was told that seatbelt violation carries no points. I don't really believe what police tell me these days anyways.

So is it even worth it to take care of a violation like this with the lawyers? Is the no point s true?

 

I wouldn't want any ticket on my record - points or not.
Why not call the Ticket Clinic & ask?

 

I believe all moving violations are considered points.
stuff like parking tickets has no point but once your on the move and ticketed its has consequences of points
but I can be wrong
