***3rd Annual Tech Day & Cruise***
Good day ladies and gents, it's that time of year again!
And plan to arrive at about 11am.
As with previous years, we will turn to one of our member Amsoil dealers and Richmond Hill Honda for lubricants and bolts/washers so you will not need to bring your own. I would ask that if you plan to attend, please make a note of what you would like to work on with your car. This will allow the community to gather the required tools, materials and knowledge so we can each pitch in and not only get the job done, but learn something as well.
I will supply food and hospitality again this year. There will be no charge. We do need to make an attendance list though so I can be sure to get enough food and beverages.
There will be a 'pre-meet' cruise from Toronto to my place in Waterloo. The expectation is that the cruisers will arrive in Waterloo at or around noon, just in time for lunch. After this we will work on our cars for a few hours, and then cruise back to were we started. The cruise will head in the general direction of 410 north to forks of the credit, then a little further north to Erin, Fergus, and then Elora before arriving in Waterloo. Obviously open for suggestions, but this is beautiful countryside along the river and gorge with very little traffic and law enforcement.
Possible projects include:
Engine oil change
Tranny oil change
Differential oil change
Brake fluid change
Clutch fluid change
Regrease shifter
Torque axle nuts
Brake pad change
Parts install (nothing that would take over a hour or two max) - ie. intake, exhaust, testpipe, steering wheel, music deck
Coolant flush
Spark plugs
Valve check/adjustment
In the meantime, lets start an attendance list so I can get an idea of how much/many supplies I will need. Please make note of what work you would like to complete on your car during the day.
Best regards,
Chris

Not sure if I'll be able to make it, but will definitely try.
Work will decide if I can make it.
But if I do, looking to change the motor oil and bleed the brakes.
Last year was great, even in the rain.
Hoping to make it out this year.
Thanks Chris
