Starts now, 1 year before my lease is up.

Many things to ponder and only 365 days to do it

fear not, follow what your instincts tell you and not what "we tell you" as after all, you'll have to live with the decision not "us" .. I'm sure you'll make the right one for you and those around you

Ponder what? like what colour your next S should be? I think there's definately room to upgrade.
