I usually stay in 5th in city (providing i'm trying to stay withing speed limits) but mostly 6th.
And no, keeping my car @ 3k revs will not bog the engine when I upshift.

Most likely skipping 6th....all the time I'm on hwy it's either traffic jam or just isnt that smooth....5th is more than enough for me most of the time...
If I have an exhaust I might just do 3/4 gear all da way and make other cars beside me deaf!
