Both are equally illeagal, but your more apt to get in trouble in the car.

I got pulled over riding my dirt bikes up the streets starting when I was 12.. 25 year ago. I never got more then a warning and had to walk my bike back for miles..unless I felt cocky.

I can imagine no cop would be as "understanding" if I was driving a car.

I say more trouble with the car. I used to get hastled by the cops all the time about riding a full sized dirt bike on the road. The worst that would happen is I would get a run down on why I shouldnt do it and they would make me push it home. Or you just bolt home open the garage and hide in your house until they stop knocking at your door haha. Both have happend equally as many times.

I say they will find the pink bike more of a joke and send you on your way walking the bike. The car on the other hand...they have you by the throat and the cop can be as big of a dick as they want really

If they bike wasn't pink I think you would get in trouble... but a pink 50cc bike would be a pretty good laugh for me if i was a cop!

Unless the cop thinks you stole it.... (bc it's pink), then you could be in some shizz

i know when i was riding my liquid cooled pocket bike a cop caw me near my house and said he was going to take the bike away and i have to see a jp so see if i can get it back....most cops will just ask you to roll bike home and not do it again.... and i know for the car they will just give him a ticket for driving with a g2
