Default Another Thumbsup to Albert

Went for Motul RBF600 brake and clutch fluid and the European Specs Alignment.

My clutch looked like ink according to Albert heh.

Albert the car feels much better now! Thanks again!

UK alignment = more negative camber front and back with less toe-in in the rear. Gives the car a little more cornering potential, with a little smoother/controllable power oversteer. Steering is a little heavier and the car follows road imperfections more. Less rear toe reduces tire wear, but more camber wears the inside tire more with daily driving.

I've also noticed that the reduced toe in the rear makes the car a little more unstable under really hard braking since the rear toe decreases when the rear suspension is unloaded. Probably won't notice it unless you're running R's at the track.

The car feels much more stable under acceleration on wide turns (ie on ramps)

Before it felt very unstable. As if it wanted to snap loose at any point. It was a disturbing feeling.

I personally prefered the Scottish alignment followed closely by the Belgium alignment specs. I really didnt like the French specs.

Steve,

Do you think the gofastlab rear suspension links would help out on the hard braking by keeping rear toe more stable throughout the suspension travel?

Maybe I should pick up a set.

My rear is planted under hard braking with the SO2's and my new allignment.

It must be an R-compound thing issue.
