i know that plug came with the Roger's digital box, since we've exchanged ours, I think I got a spare one at my parent's house. 
what about radio shack a.k.a. the source?
there's always supreme electronics - c'mon having gone to UofT Eng. u'd figure that would be the first place to look!

I've never seen any store stock it, but I like using the ones I got from Roger, even though it fscks up the impedance.

and where is this supreme electronics?? the one with the gorila outside? wasn't that place used to call Active Surplus? i tried that place... no avail
