They advocate boob feeding to newborns because the milk will tranfer important antibodies to the baby. So, if antibodies can be sent through the milk, then AIDS, etc, can be too.
And being in the stripping business (a.k.a. sex trade industry), she may very well be into other "branches" of the business. Who knows?

Disgusting! She totally could have transmitted HIV to him that way especially if the milk got in his eye or a razor cut on his face. Disgusting. It sounds like that club is a classy place though.
