The Modrify DCI kit was made so it would be easy to install. If you are just upgrading to a new head unit it's as easy as wiring up the harness, and plugging the unit in. Wiring isn't as difficult as it is time consuming. You just match up whatever colour wires to the colours on the harness. There are multiple methods for doing this, but the easiest (some may recommend against) is to simply twist the wires together and put some electrical tape around it to insulate it. Speakers are also fairly easy and follow relatively the same procedure; put the negative to negative and positive to positive. There's a bunch of DIY guides around the site that I'm certain would make this project relatively easy even to one that has zero experience.

All in all, on a difficulty rating between 1 and 10 (1 being an oil change, and 10 being an engine rebuild) I would say this ranks around 2.

Of course, if you are still uncomfortable or simply don't want to spend the time do this I've heard some good things about "Number 1 Sound" in Toronto on College St.

Cool, Franky is a good guy. Tell him Jai (Jay) sent you with the red s2000. They did my install if you look it up in the electronics forum or latest purchases thread.

headunit install is so simple if you get the modifry dci "pnp harness" option.. 15-20min job tops if you've done it before

speakers were a little trickier to do since mine needed plug adapters and basket spacers
