this was the first time i've been on a track without a helmet....and this was the most comfortable i'd ever been on a track (any track) - with the car, the track, my self.

but i see your point.

I too see your point Doug - next time Im there I will have my helmet (which I did bring) on.

The day was more about communication with the instructor than it was about ripping off fast lap times.

SAY WHAT?

dude, we were flying!!

that track was the easiest to learn - all it takes is 10 laps (or one session).

if anyone hears of ANY mosport event, please let me know.

shannonville won't cut it anymore....

Yep - great day. You were fast.

On the straight, I was only very slightly sneaking up on you (probably ONLY because of aerodynamics), but you were catching me in some of the corners. Entirely because I was talking to the instuctor and experimenting with lines! LOL

Im not yet 100% comfy with the car, that being my first time really driving it and all. Getting there fast though!

Man - I LOVE IT!

The thing that surprised me the most is the difference in gearing of my car and everyone elses.

Everyone else seemed to be redlining in 5th on the straight. I was redlining in 4th. Same speeds, 205ish. Guess thats why my car goes 175mph.
