lining them up after is not a big deal, just put a piece of tape on before as a guide line for the reinstall

I think you can get "S2000" badges in flat black.
But I checked Hardtopguy and only has the "CR" for sale, unless that means both S2000 and CR badges come with the package.
Get the Honda symbols in black also, will go well together.
