be careful there is blue book and black book, one is wholesale value other is market retail value, sounds like the price noted above was the wholesale value. You don't want to know what wholesale value is on any car as it is dirt low.
London Honda has a nice ap1 on the used lot for $24,900 , which is their retail price, if one tried to trade it in on a new car they wouldn't offer you more than 13,000, huge difference in values.

yes the price i quoted above is obviously wholesale. Since i knew you were selling your s2k earlier in the year i figured you were aware of the market/blue book value, and was curious about what the wholesale black book value was.
