Can somebody make a phone call for me?

I've been getting calls from this number repeatedly over the last several weeks. They always call my fax machine. When I answer it, there's nothing on the other end. I'm sure it's an automated telemarketer and when my fax machines picks up on the first ring, it fools their computer into thinking there's something weird, so it calls back again and again and again. Can anyone in Toronto trace this number?
I'd just like to know what company it is and see if they have a website and send them a well worded email.

Called them for you. That number is the office of Comptel promotional outbound telemarketers. They left a number to contact them. (403)398-9755..
