Did you guys see this thread. It talks about insurance and organizer responsiblities for group drives...Just thought I should point it out since we are planning a meet here. I hope this does not apply here. I did not read the whole thread...my eyes glaze over with this kind of stuff.

Yeah we're painfully aware of this.

We'll likely do a very simple disclaimer keeping us out of it. Yes I think we have a little more relaxed situation here...geezus I hope so.

 

I have a pretty lengthy speeck prepared as well, to make it very clear, that if any one wants to act like an ass, they are solely responsable themselves. I think we are allright.

The gist is, we are not an officaly sanctioned event, just s bunch if guys that happened to show up in the same place...What a coincidence
