Dinner anyone?
I've been up for hours and hours already....
I bought myself a smoker...and I'm smoking 30# of brisket. Anyone hungry?
Should be done around 8pm.
Lemme know

Tempting offer but I have to work past 5:00 and I know the border crossing would slow me down. Where is the ferry when you need it?
Good luck with the smoker, I suspect it will be delicious. Enjoy.

I'm with Doug. If there was a ferry I'd be tempted to make the crossing, although the ferry I'd need would be from Sodus Bay Seriously, if the winter storms hold off and if you folks from up north would be willing, it might make a nice winter road trip for the S2000 between upstate NY and Toronto. Food (and drink) for thought!!

Yo DoGMaN - I hope dindin was delicious!
TKG 26 - If you are already driving to Buffalo let us know, that would be a half way point for many of us on this side of the puddle.

Oh geezus I'm gonna blow!
Wow I was shocked, nailed it the first time out. A meat that usually is as tough as shoe leather turned out fork tender. The smoke ring I got was unreal, a good 1/8 of an inch into the meat, great smokey flavour but not over powering.
Awsome...got a whole 18#'s left heh.
Next is ribs, chickens and whatever.
If we have a north drive in 2002 and people LET ME KNOW, I'll cook up a bunch of grub.
Everyones welcome.
