Just thought i'd post this. A friend of mine did a used car review for the S2000 and he posted it up on auto123.com.

Has Justin ever driven an S2000? Cause most of what he said about the driving feel is untrue.

Concrete struts? The stock ride is soft and even my 10k coils it is soft. The steering certainly is not heavy and it is not "barely assisted" it has electric steering that assists A LOT.

He says there is no glove-box??? There are 2.

Small trunk that 2 people can't use for a weekend get away? Ok I'm sorry that is the worst researched article I have ever read.

He has driven an S2000.... not mine. You have to remember here that his post is from personal opinion and based on one week of driving one and if all the cars that he has test driven are mid sized and full size cars... i would find the stock suspension pritty damn hard - in conparison. Not to mention the steering, and trunk space.

I'm just posting what he wrote..... so take it as you want.

Opinion is opinion but no glove box is indeed not fact including small trunk, maybe he should check the specs. He says you can't take 2 people on a weekend trip...

Really? What's he taking with him that you need a minivan to do this? It just seems like he wasn't sure what to write so he spewed junk.

I do the same job as him, I could never write something without checking out the facts first.

He probably didn't drive it for a week, he gets new cars for a week but used I don't think so.

you have to admit, compared to something like a Mazda 3, there is NO trunk room.....

and the ride is harsh. Its sweet, but there is no way that it is luxurious. Its not a dis, its just a comparative statement. No need to get all defensive.

But he didn't compare, he just said it was small. I can only assume he is comparing against the competition... and it is large in comparison.

The ride is nowhere near harsh, I've driven sedans with harsher rides. I do this for a living so I'm a little more critical perhaps, not defensive.

The new Element SC... now that is a harsh ride

I agree. If he has driven a sports car, he will know its steering feedback. Not lack of steering assist
