Default FS: Spoon X-brace, rear-tie bar

I posted this in the Ottawa forum and 1 guy might be interested.

Now that I have actually taken them off, I realize the x-brace wouldn't be too bad to ship if need be, $20 maybe.

I'd sell both for $400 shipped to Toronto/area.

These come with the bolts to put them on, they still look brand spanking new.

The tie-bar is in the original box, no box for the x-brace but it will be packed good.

Apparently speedstar sells both for $469+tax, so a savings of $140!

Could someone delete this post from the "Ottawa forum" ? thanks.

The price is brand new from us. and it is used from u, so there can be no comparison other than u can say Andrew drives carefully and not much scratch on the bars. Other than that used is used

Yes it is used, but I think you would have to be silly to buy it new if you can save over $100 used Not like your going to SEE it
But that's up to the buyer.

I was just quoting the new price so people know what they are worth.

P.S. What are the prices seperately if you don't mind me asking?

Agree with Speedstar, just like the way you look at my car, used is used, doesn't matter how good the bars look like, people should look at the average used price

Are you saying my price is unreasonable?

Last similar parts I saw insightca sell X-brace for $240 and tie-bar for $180.

Let me know if it's unreasonable, I didn't want these parts and I'm just trying to get some $$$ back from them. Although I someone disagree about used is used.

You take used into consideration but when you buy a car you add value for a well cared for car as well. I also can't understand how a piece of steel can be "used" It was "used" in the dictionary term, but that's about it.

Like I said, let me know if this is unreasonable.

Do not quite understand what you means, but the whole car is made of steel, is that means it can never be counted into the "used" cata. Again, used parts' price can only depends on the buyer need it or not.

I suppose, but have you seen the x-brace, it's a freakin' hunk of black steel that is UNDER the car, it's not like you'll see it (that's my point).

Well I think my price is reasonable, it's a rather large savings from new. If pottential buyers disagree, please let me know. IE, make an offer you will be happy with.

Not sure what the hate is about here on the "used" parts, if your not interested move along if you are but want it cheaper, make me an offer.

Thanks

I guess the rear-tie bar is only worth about $100.

But the X-brace is worth at least $220.

Any biters?

Oh or I'll even consider trading for a 10" sub of some quality, perferably something that will fit in the trunk hole.

If the specs are right, I'll build a box to fit the hole, or if you have one already that would be cool too.
